Before checking out, check whether the fuel tank is still filled for at least 1/4th. If this is not the case, we kindly ask you to fill up the Bolides car. This way, the next user can leave in all comfort.

As soon as you check in, you are responsible for “your” Bolides car as if it were your own car, up to and including the check-out.

If you commit an offence and it has to pass via our administration, we will charge a fee of €30.
If you incur a parking fine that you do not pay, please note that if our administration has to process it, you will have to pay the fee + administrative fee.

We wouldn’t advice it! If you choose to park the car where there is a temporary parking ban, you also have to follow this up on your own account. In other words, if you park on a Thursday, and there is a ban on Saturday, you have to follow this up yourself. Otherwise, the towing costs + fines are at your own expense.

At the end of the ride you always place the Bolides car back in its “home zone”. Did you pick up a car that was incorrectly parked / in the wrong zone? Then please contact customer service. Please note: Parking where there is restricted parking is forbidden and always at your own risk.

In addition to the end time of your reservation, you can find a compass in the app. This is the zone button and by pressing it you know if you are in the zone or not.

Registration, terms and conditions (9)

The minimum age is 23 years.

You do not have to pay a deposit, but we can claim a warranty that will be charged on your credit card. Obviously, this will only be done in exceptional situations as mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions on www.bolides.be.

We will only consult the data of your routes to perform targeted interventions, so in the event of damage, collision, technical problems, theft of the vehicle, etc.

We will only provide your data to authorised third parties if this is required by law, for example, in the event of an accident or a violation.

You can cancel your contract at any time, free of charge. Just send an e-mail to info@bolides.be.

The warranty can be used in case of damage, dirt left behind, fines, fees, etc. Read more in our General Terms and Conditions on www.bolides.be.

A copy of your identity card and driving licence. A signed contract and a link with your credit card.

Yes. One hour before departure you will receive a list/map with cars that meet your request. You can choose from these.

It can always happen that you do not make the scheduled end time and can only return the car later in the correct zone. Always report this as soon as possible via the app, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for subsequent reservations. Without timely notifications, costs can be charged as stated in the General Terms and Conditions.

On the screen with ‘your trip’ you can extend your ride yourself. Do this in time so Bolides can take the necessary arrangements to safeguard subsequent reservations.

Immediate departures: on a map and/or list you will find the cars that are available right now. Select the nearest car and you can leave.
A booking to depart later: set the start and end time, the address where you would like to start and the type of the car. Select from a list of available cars and confirm.

Start and finish trips (4)

1) The doors will open automatically after the check-in procedure has been completed 2) Take a seat behind the steering wheel and make sure the vehicle is in neutral and that you hold the brake. Then press the start/stop button.

You can find the car via the Bolides app, indicated on a map with the exact address. Turn on your GPS function so you can walk directly to the car.

When you bring a Bolides car back to the right zone, we ask you to pay attention to the following:
– Make sure that the car is correctly parked.
– Remove all your waste at the end of the journey
– Always fold the mirror inward along the street side.

Give us a call, we will then give you access to the vehicle or ask the subsequent users if they have found something.

No. The cars are equipped with isofix to fasten child seats quickly and easily.

A universal smartphone holder and charger cables are provided in each car. If your phone’s battery is dead, you can always install your account on another phone and take over the reservation.
