Yes. One hour before departure you will receive a list/map with cars that meet your request. You can choose from these.

Yes. You can modify, extend and cancel your reservations at any time via the app.

It can always happen that you do not make the scheduled end time and can only return the car later in the correct zone. Always report this as soon as possible via the app, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for subsequent reservations. Without timely notifications, costs can be charged as stated in the General Terms and Conditions.

On the screen with ‘your trip’ you can extend your ride yourself. Do this in time so Bolides can take the necessary arrangements to safeguard subsequent reservations.

Immediate departures: on a map and/or list you will find the cars that are available right now. Select the nearest car and you can leave.
A booking to depart later: set the start and end time, the address where you would like to start and the type of the car. Select from a list of available cars and confirm.
