Before checking out, check whether the fuel tank is still filled for at least 1/4th. If this is not the case, we kindly ask you to fill up the Bolides car. This way, the next user can leave in all comfort.

Found a lost object in a car?

Place the item in the trunk at the end of your ride and let us know, we will do the necessary.

How much is the franchise?

The amount of the exemption amounts to €550 in case of liability for errors and €550 in case of theft of the vehicle. More info on our General Terms and Conditions at www.bolides.be.

What will happen if I commit an offence?

If you commit an offence and it has to pass via our administration, we will charge a fee of €30. If you incur a parking fine that you do not pay, please note that if our administration has to process it, you will have to pay the fee + administrative fee.

Can Bolides refuse users?

Yes. Anyone handling our vehicles disrespectfully damages the service and user experience of other customers.

Can I let someone else drive with my account?

Yes, you can. Please note: You will remain liable for what happens to the car during a reservation with your membership. Possible fees, damages and/or fines will be recovered from you.

What is the warranty for?
